Design

Utilizing the latest in 3D modeling software in AutoDesk Inventor we are able to take your ideas and make them a reality. We can start by taking examples, you’ve found from the Web, or magazines or something you saw, in passing, and finding what aspects of each, you like and then combining these to give you something that is uniquely yours, or if you find something you like without changes, we can create that for you, all in a robust 3D Modeling software, so that you can see it from every angle and know exactly what you’ll be getting.

Installation

Installation of your work will depend on the material in which it is being installed. We use threaded rod and epoxy for installations on concrete, or will core drill and set posts in anchoring cement so there are no visible plates or fasteners. (Anchors are faster but can come loose over time) Through bolting or lag bolts are used in wood.

Finishing

All welds are inspected to insure they are structurally sound, have no holes that could lead to rusting and are finished with grinding disks and sanding/polishing disks to give a cohesive monolithic appearance. Mediums for final finishes, include patinas on copper, brass, steel and stainless steel, top quality industrial paints from Benjamin Moore, and Sherwin Williams, two part epoxies with urethane top coats, for max protection from the elements and we have working relationships with several different powder coaters, in the area, to give you the very best trouble free finishes available.
